I have been a Mathematics 8 teacher at Stephen Decatur Middle School for 6 years. Throughout my years in education, I have explored and been intrigued by technologies in a classroom environment. With a willing administration, I have dabbled and played with different LMS, interactive technology through Chromebooks, VR goggles, and most recently the idea of flipping my classroom. While small groups and choice of activity is a common occurrence in my four walls, I am always looking at different ways to expand and extend my students knowledge. I hope to become familiar with different innovations, create an atmosphere where my students will succeed from those innovations, while educating them all at the same time. Welcome to that journey!
